Cabopino
Cabopino Travel Guide
About 14km to the east from Marbella there is a picturesque and at the same time stylish harbour town known as Cabopino. Surrounded by amazing nature and mountains covered in pine trees, Cabopino is often overlooked by tourists. Like other harbours on the Costa del Sol it has a great number of bars and restaurants. On summer evenings you can enjoy not only the marvelous fresh sea food, but also a traditional Spanish flamenco show.
On the both sides of the harbor there are fantastic white sand beaches that never get overcrowded. On the west side there is Playa Artola, Playa de las Dunas and Carib Playa. This is the only part of the beach with natural sand dunes that is also partially used as a nude beach. The Artola Dunes is the piece of the beach officially protected by the government as a natural heritage as it represents how the Marbella coast once looked like. You can enjoy a peaceful walk over the dunes using a wood-built walkway.
Harbour of Cabopino
On the opposite side of the charming little harbour, on the border between Marbella and Mijas Costa, you will find Cabopino Golf with its beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding pine forests.
Properties in Cabopino are always in high demand due to the easy connection to the Málaga international airport and the city of Marbella. VIDA del SOL is pleased to offer the wide range of apartments and villas located on the mountainsides or on the beach in Cabopino and its region.
